Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a JobFlow account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. JobFlow provides a private workspace for organizing job applications, companies, contacts, interviews, tasks, and related analytics. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must register with a valid email and password (credentials only — JobFlow does not offer Google or GitHub OAuth). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must verify your email before accessing the protected dashboard.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user’s workspace or data
• Abuse email verification, password reset, or rate-limited APIs
• Upload malware or unlawful content into notes, files, or messages
• Use JobFlow to harass employers, recruiters, or other individuals
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt service infrastructure

4. Your content

You retain ownership of applications, notes, résumés, and other content you store. You grant JobFlow a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You may export or delete your account subject to product capabilities described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI features

Optional AI tools (when enabled in later phases) are assistive only. They must not invent professional experience and will not change application status without your explicit confirmation. You remain responsible for any materials you submit to employers.

6. Service availability

JobFlow is provided “as is.” We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we ship Phase 1 tracking, Phase 2 productivity, and Phase 3 intelligence.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including outcomes of your job search. Tracking tools support decisions; they do not guarantee employment.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
